Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms. Keep it parallel to the floor and breathe normally — don’t pull too tight.

STARWARM scrubs run true to size in a relaxed fit. Measure yourself in centimetres and match to the chart below. When between sizes, size up for extra comfort.

How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly over your underwear or light clothing.
Waist
Find your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually about 2.5 cm above your belly button. Measure relaxed, not sucked in.
Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 20 cm below your waist.

Top Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Pants Length is the full outseam from waist to hem.
Fit tips
Between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed, comfortable fit. STARWARM scrubs are designed with extra ease, so the larger size still looks polished — never baggy.
Ordering a set?
Both the top and pants in a Set come in the same size. If you usually wear different sizes on top and bottom, order the Top and Pants separately to mix.
How the top fits
Relaxed through the chest and a gently tapered body. Comfortable over any build without looking boxy. Printed fabric on the body; solid sleeves.
How the pants fit
Elastic drawstring waist with a roomy seat and a slightly tapered leg from the knee down. Clean enough for the clinic, comfortable enough for a 12-hour shift.
